I’m really into keeping my body fit and healthy and I like trying out different ways to feel good inside and out. Recently, I heard about something interesting called “face yoga” or “face exercises”. I know, it sounds a bit controversial. But, it’s scientifically proven to have some benefits!
I’m doing face yoga myself since a few weeks and I must say I’m already seeing some pretty great changes! My face looks and feels more firm and glowy. I’ve been struggling for a long time with how my face looked, so I’m happy this actually works.
