I did a 14 Day Sugar Detox Challenge.

Dr. Eric Berg’s is the one that inspired me to do this challenge, and I must say it’s a life-changing experience.

No more sugar cravings

Quitting sugar means saying goodbye to sugar cravings. Dr. Berg’s explanation about how sugar consumption triggers a hormone leading to low blood sugar and lessens cravings made complete sense. Without sugar in my diet, I found myself liberated from this constant battle of willpower.

No more constant hunger

The revelation that sugar keeps us hungry hit me hard. Those moments of constant hunger, which I thought were normal, significantly decreased. It’s amazing how stable blood sugar levels can put an end to those nagging hunger pangs.

Energy Boost

One of the most noticeable changes was the disappearance of post-meal tiredness. Meals no longer left me feeling drained, all thanks to the absence of sugar-induced brain fog. My energy levels came back, and suddenly, I had the vitality to conquer the day.
