Tracing for Mindfulness
Mindful tracing is a technique that has been gaining popularity because it can easily promote relaxation and reduce stress.
It’s a meditative practice that involves tracing patterns with your finger, and it can be done anytime, anywhere.
Just sit down and take a piece of paper containing a beautifully designed pattern.
You can find some nice and very affordable designs here.
Now with full concentration, begin to trace the lines with your finger or a pen.
As you follow the lines of the pattern, you you’ll find yourself completely absorbed in the process.
