I Tried This Super Weird Hack Today That Leads To Viral Articles
This is how it went down.
Yesterday I wrote about a weird writing hack I read about. The hack was to stay up until 2–3 AM to write when you’re overwhelmed with emotions.
The idea is that the your writing skills are most profound and emotionally charged when the clock hits 2 AM. I got so curious that I decided to give it a try.

The Experiment
It’s 2 AM, and here I am, sitting in front of my laptop. Most people in my time zone (The Netherlands) are asleep, but not me. I wanted to see if there’s any truth to the advice that writing in the dead of night can turn me into a viral content creating machine.
Silence
I must say there is a strange kind of quietness that comes with writing at this hour. It’s just you, your thoughts, and the few sounds from outside. It feels like you’re in your own little world, and there’s actually something strangely appealing about it.
Emotion
As I sit here, memories and feelings start to come up. I feel nostalgia coming up. But also loneliness. And a bit of clarity. It’s a mix of all three components. Writing at 2 AM does seem to make your emotions…
