I it sounds like the situation in Tennessee is extremely frustrating. When politicians scapegoat marginalized groups and perpetuate harmful stereotypes, it prevents real solutions from being implemented. We need to hold politicians accountable for addressing child abuse and protecting the most vulnerable members of our society, regardless of their background. It's not okay for politicians to suggest that certain groups are more likely to be abusers - that's inaccurate and damaging. Everyone has the potential to cause harm, and everyone has the potential to create positive change
