This banana bread is truly a MUST-make because it’s VERY delicious and nutritious too!

I made this banana bread today for the first time and it was so delicious that I had to share it! I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Like many other people, I always make banana bread when I have ripe bananas left. So, this is your sign to make some banana bread.

I made a healthy twist on the classic recipe. It’s gluten-free, thanks to the rice flour. Rice flour also adds a wonderful lightness to your baked goods.

What do you need? (12 servings)

🍌 1 3/4 cups rice flour

🍌 4 ripe bananas (1 for topping)

🍌 3 eggs (Medium)

🍌 1.5 teaspoons baking soda + 1 teaspoon lemon juice

🍌 1/4 cup coconut sugar

🍌 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts

🍌 2 small dates

How to make it? 👩🏻‍🍳

  1. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees Celsius/365 Fahrenheit (top and bottom heat).
  2. Mix three bananas and eggs together…
